Unmasked Meditation opens the way to inner freedom through twelve weeks of meditation practice, poetry, and illustration. This work emphasizes direct experience over doctrine, and the natural presence of awareness over technique or achievement. His years as a deep tissue bodywork practitioner are reflected in the sensory and embodied quality of the meditations throughout this book. Through writing and visual art you explore what becomes possible when concepts and masks fall away. Unmasked Meditation is the distillation of that lifelong inquiry: a work of practice, poetry and image created from the inside out.

Undistracted in the unbroken stream of mental happenings, there is a fullness in emptiness.
Unmasked Meditation is a large format twelve chapter illustrated book created to bring meditation, poetry and visual art into a single living field of awareness.
The practice rests on three simple portals: stillness, silence and spaciousness, opening naturally into awareness and the ground of being. From this ground, thoughts and emotions are recognized in their impermanent nature, arising and dissolving within direct, self liberating awareness.
Over twelve weeks, each chapter explores a distinct inner quality through meditation, poetry and illustration, gently peeling back layers of identity, conditioning and concept.

To bring this vision fully to life, the atelier needs the right tools. A modern Mac workstation provides the power and precision for complex image work, high-resolution printing and immersive digital design.
An Epson SC-P9500 fine art printer reveals every nuance of color and tone, transforming what begins as a digital image into a tactile object that can be held in the hands.
